Current Club Officers:

President/Treasurer – John Landrum – John is currently a mathematics instructor at Tarrant County College at the Northwest Campus. He is a retired Air Force A-10 pilot and is a CFI, CFII in ASEL and AMEL. John is excited about serving as a club officer and helping the club to continue to grow and to maintain safe and sustainable flight operations.

Vice President - James Smith - James started the NRMS Model Aviation Club in 2010 and then the Richland Area Youth Model Aviation Club in 2011 winning the Academy of Model Aeronautics distinguished education outreach award the same year. James has the experience of incorporating and chartering a radio control club called the "North Texas Jet Club" based at Texas Motor Speedway formed specifically for club members operating gas turbine models. He also currently serves as Vice President of the Nate Able Flying Club based at Hicks Airport (T67) in Fort Worth. James also holds membership in two other area flying clubs, the Aerovalley Flying Club (52F) and RFC Dallas (KADS).
